These Terms and Conditions establish the general conditions for using the website and services provided by Jéssica Pereira physical therapy. By using our services, the user fully agrees to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Jéssica Pereira physical therapy provides home-based physical therapy services and corporate wellness services. Services are provided exclusively by qualified professionals.

Each physical therapy session is adapted to the individual needs of the client, with duration and frequency determined based on the clinical picture and therapeutic objectives established.

Appointments can be scheduled by email, WhatsApp, or by telephone contact.

The client agrees to provide true and complete information about their health status, medical history, and contacts so that services can be provided appropriately and safely.

For corporate services, scheduling is done directly with the human resources manager or designated contact from the company, previously defining the number of employees, session duration, and visit frequency.

The client may cancel or reschedule an appointment with at least 24 hours' notice, without any additional cost. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur the full cost of the scheduled session.

In case of absence at the scheduled location and time, without prior contact, the session will be considered completed for payment purposes, except for exceptional situations assessed on a case-by-case basis.

The physiotherapist reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions with prior notice to the client, committing to offer compatible alternatives with both parties' availability.

Home-based physical therapy services are paid at the time of service provision, with payment made in cash, MB WAY, or by bank transfer. Bank transfer details are provided at the time of consultation.

For corporate services, payment conditions are established in the quote and contract signed with the company, generally through a monthly invoice with a payment deadline of 15 days from the invoice date.

In case of late payment, late payment interest may be applied in accordance with legal terms, as well as suspension of services until the situation is regularized.

The client is responsible for ensuring that the location where the session will be held has adequate conditions, including a private, clean space with appropriate room temperature.

The client must inform in advance about any relevant health conditions, allergies, ongoing medication, or changes in their health status since the last session. This information is essential for the safety and effectiveness of the treatment.

It is the client's responsibility to respect scheduled times and communicate in a timely manner any need for cancellation or rescheduling.

All website content, including text, images, logos, design, and structure, is intellectual property of Jéssica Pereira physical therapy or their respective holders, protected by intellectual property laws and copyright.

Reproduction, distribution, modification, or unauthorized use of any content from this website without prior written consent from Jéssica Pereira physical therapy is expressly prohibited.

Personal data collected in the course of service provision is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
